A truly unique, creative and engaging space.
The Mad Hatters Workshop is all about providing opportunity and support for participants wanting to explore creative arts, and learn important social, emotional and creative skills, in a fun way.
Group programs are provided in the community in various community halls or shared spaces.


Creative Arts
Small Group Workshops (All ages)
Our creative arts Occupational Therapy services use the power of art to support clients in achieving their NDIS Goals. Through engaging, client-centred sessions, we help individuals develop key skills such as emotional regulation, social engagement, and effective communication.
Using a blend of creative expression and therapeutic techiques, participants build emotional intelligence, strengthen cognitive functions like planning, organising, and problem-solving, and grow in confidence and self-awareness.

Our approach fosters meaningful participation and empowers clients to connect, created and thrive in their daily lives.

DJ Sessions
1:1 and Small Group Workshops
(Ages 14-25)
More than just music!
Our DJ Sessions help young people build confidence, develop social skills, and manage emotions and anxiety through creative expression, in a supportive, low-pressure space. Helps develop brain flexibility and higher-level cognitive skills while reducing OCD traits.
Participants learn the fundamentals of Doing - mixing, beat matching, and music selection - while also disco ering their creative flow.

Whether they're a complete beginner or ready to take their skills to the next level, our experienced mentors provide guidance every step of the way.

LEGO Group
Small Group Workshops (All ages)
Our small LEGO Group, part of the Mad Hatters Workshop, offers a creative and supportive space for neurodivergent and neurotypical individuals to come together through shared play and purposeful activities.

Using the engaging medium of
LEGO participants develop social and communication skills, strengthen emotional regulation, and learn effective anxiety management strategies.
​
The sessions also support cognitive growth in areas such as planning, organising, initiating tasks, and problem-solving - all in a fun, inclusive environment where every participant is valued and encouraged.
