Creative Arts Occupational Therapy
Our creative arts Occupational Therapy services use the power of art to support clients in achieving their NDIS Goals. Through engaging, client-centred sessions, we help individuals develop key skills such as emotional regulation, social engagement, and effective communication.
Using a blend of creative expression and therapeutic techiques, participants build emotional intelligence, strengthen cognitive functions like planning, organising, and problem-solving, and grow in confidence and self-awareness.

Our approach fosters meaningful participation and empowers clients to connect, create and thrive in their daily lives.
Neurodivergent-Affirming Approach
Creative arts Occupational Therapy services embraces a neurodivergent-affirming approach, using creative expression as a pathway to support individual strengths and NDIS Goals.

We provide a safe, inclusive space where neurodivergent participants can explore emotions, develop social connections, and build functional skills through art-based, sensory-friendly, and interest led activities.

Therapy goals may include enhancing emotional regulation, communication, and cognitive skills such as planning, initiating, organising, and problem-solving - all tailored to the client's unique way of thinking and engaging with the world. We honour each person's identity and autonomy, focusing on empowerment, connections and meaningful participation.
