Life Coaching

What is Life Coaching
Life Coaching is a professional relationship between the coach and the client. A life coach's purpose and focus is to help their clients overcome fear and self-doubt.
Life coaches can help clients set meaningful goals so they can create a life of their choice, or help them discover their purpose or 'why'. The goal is to assist you to close the gap between where you are and where you want to be.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is life coaching for neurodivergent people?
Life coaching for neurodivergent people is a personalized, strengths-based approach that helps individuals with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, or other neurodivergent traits work toward personal goals, improve life satisfaction, and navigate challenges. It differs from therapy by focusing on the present and future rather than exploring past trauma.
How is neurodivergent life coaching different from traditional life coaching?
Neurodivergent life coaching is adapted to honor diverse cognitive styles. It often includes flexible communication methods, sensory-aware practices, executive function support, and an understanding of social, emotional, and systemic challenges neurodivergent individuals may face.
Do I need a diagnosis to work with a neurodivergent life coach?
No. Coaching is goal-oriented and future-focused. However as a coach who is also an occupational therapist, I am able to support you to work toward your goals whilst understanding your unique background. Coaches don’t diagnose or treat mental illness, but they can work alongside therapists to help you implement tools and strategies in daily life.
